What can I say about Yami? It's hard to choose one memorable moment when there's a million moments to choose from. I mean, we have been through a lot together. We have this saying, "we go through everything together," which is literally true. We both have accomplished so many things around the same time. It's hard to stay mad at her because we feel so connected to each other and we always have. And as stubborn and annoying as she can also be, she will always be there for you and try to help you, and I love her for that. Im excited about this next chapter in her life and I can't wait for the big day. I am really happy for you both.

He tenido el privilegio de conocer a Yami por casi ocho años y, durante todo este tiempo, la relación que hemos construido es algo que valoro muchísimo. Comenzamos como dos completas extrañas y llegamos a ser familia. Yami es una persona con un corazón enorme y eso la hace distinguirse entre tantas personas. Quien la conoce sabe que siempre está dispuesta a ayudar y dar todo de sí. Pero, no hay que olvidar lo que la distingue y es su carisma y personalidad. Si algo puedo recalcar y lo que más disfruto que cada reunión no falta quien de las dos está lista to drop it low. I first met Yami my freshman year in high school. We were placed in an advisory together for my whole 3 years that I was in school with her. She had always been like a mother figure to all the girls in our advisory. Her confidence and compassion towards herself and others has never gone unrecognized . It’s difficult thinking about a specific memorable moment that her and I had together, but I will never forget the day she told me “One day I’m gonna get married to a lil white boy” , and I’m happy she was able to find the white boy she always dreamed of marrying. She truly deserves it. I love you babygurll 🤍

Yami’s smile and bubbly personality lights up any room she walks into, whenever she’s around you know it’s gonna be a fun time. It’s hard to pick one memory of her and I since they’re all so great, but it’s almost guaranteed fireball or tequila were involved. Since the first day we met we immediately hit it off and have been drinking buddies and close friends ever since. I am so thankful to have met yami and am honored to be able to stand by her side on her big day!

To my future sister in law. No words can describe how blessed I am to have you in my life. My whole life I have wanted a sister. This picture was from our very first trip together. We stayed at a cabin in Wisconsin where you met all of the people I love and you fit in perfectly. I remember the day when Mike told me he had a girlfriend. The excitement I had was tremendous. I not only gain a sister in law, but I gain a best friend that I can go through life with. To celebrate holidays with. And just to confide in. I thought I was the one that was meant to give a gift when my brother got married but instead he gave me the best gift possible. You! I love you and I’m so glad you chose me to stand by your side. When I look into Mikes devilishly blue eyes, I see a brother. One who I've competed, fought, laughed, lived, and cried with through thick and thin. We actually didn't become friends until we were both out of highschool and eventually getting him to come the college I was attending. He's blessed me with the comfort of knowing that someone will always have my back and I will never take that for granted. I am honored to accept the award for Best Man.

It’s hard to pick one specific memory that I have with Mike. As cousins who lived minutes apart from each other we grew up as best friends. Whether that was family vacations to Florida or just simply being at baseball practice together, or drowning each other in the pool. Odds were we were together doing something fun…or destructive. Mike has been and always will be my best friend! He’s been there for me at times when not many people would. I am beyond thankful for you and I am honored to be standing by your side on your big day!

Mike has been my brother for as long as I can remember. He was there to pick on me when I needed to be picked on, teach me when I needed to be taught, stand up for me when I needed someone to look up to, and so much more. He is the most loyal, considerate, tenacious, and downright relentless person I know... and I am proud to be his brother. In time, you slowly forget the moments in your life that don't seem so important with your siblings, but I know we're still the same kids who rolled up a snowball the size of a car in front of our house one winter. I know we're the same brothers who won a Championship in Minor League Baseball together. Or even the same maniacs who would be in a fight every other day regardless of how small the issue was. I cherish the time spent with you given the Good or the Bad. Through thick and thin, you have always been there for your little brother, which is something I have yet to truly thank you for. I am blessed to be a part of your wedding and I can't wait to see where your future endeavors as a couple lead you.
