Our story began at Misty Willow, where Yami was completing her rotation as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and John-Eric was working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. At first, Yami had no idea that John-Eric had a crush on her. One day, he worked up the courage to ask her out for drinks after work. What was supposed to be a casual outing quickly turned into hours of effortless conversation. We talked and laughed so much that we lost track of time and didn’t realize how late it had gotten. Not long after, John-Eric asked Yami on an official date, and from that moment on, the rest was history. What started as a workplace friendship blossomed into a love story filled with laughter, support, and countless memories. Today, we’re so excited to celebrate the next chapter of our journey with all of you. And now, we’re counting down the days until “I do.”
