It all began on a crisp autumn night when we were just 15 years old at a Xavier Football Game. We met through a mutual friend who then set us up through Snapchat, which then led to our first date at Ruby Tuesday's. As the 8 years has gone by, one of our favorite places to escape to has been Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. There is something about that lake — the stillness of the mornings, the sparkle on the water at sunset — that always brought us closer. We’d sit on the docks for hours, dreaming about the future, never realizing how quickly that future would become our present. And now, all these years later, we’re coming full circle. The same place that held so many of our memories — our laughter, our hopes, our quiet moments together — will soon be the place where we say “I do.” From high school sweethearts under the stadium lights to soulmates by the water’s edge, our story has always been about love growing naturally, beautifully, and endlessly. And Lake Winnipesaukee will forever be where our hearts come home.
