The Wisp Resort Hotel/The Lodge at Wisp

This is the closest hotel to Chanteclaire Farm. There will be a shuttle that runs back and forth from the venue to this hotel. We have blocked rooms from October 8, 2021 - October 10, 2021. Please keep in mind that you have to call the hotel in order to book your reservation with the group booking ID provided below. These blocks are valid until 09/08/21. CHECK IN TIME IS NORMALLY 5:00 PM, BUT THOSE REGISTERED IN OUR ROOM BLOCK WILL HAVE A CHECK IN TIME OF 2:45 PM. There are four different types of rooms to choose from: A studio queen (1 queen bed and a sofa), a queen deluxe (2 queen beds and a sofa), a queen suite and a double suite.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Wisp Resort to Chanteclaire Farm

October 9, 2021 3:30 pm - 1:00 am

Two shuttle buses will run from the Wisp Resort Hotel, Kendall Camp and the Suites at Silver Tree to Chanteclaire Farm. The pick up times for each stop are as follows: Wisp Resort: 3:45 pm Kendall Camp: 3:30 pm Suites at Silver Tree: 3:30 pm Return times from the wedding venue to all stops will be 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm, 12:00 am and 1:00 am.

Suites at Silver Tree

If you are looking for a more luxurious hotel experience, you can stay at the Suites at Silver Tree. This hotel is located on the lake and is about a 17-20 minute drive from our venue at Chanteclaire Farm. Please call to book your hotel room and say you are with the Yaffe/Panzer wedding. We have blocked 20 rooms (8 types of rooms to choose from) from October 8-10th 2021. The rooms are blocked until August 20th, 2021 and then are available to outside guests, so try to book as soon as possible. There will also be a shuttle from this hotel to our wedding venue.

Railey Vacations

If you have a large group, we encourage you to check out property rentals in order to get the best bang for your buck. Both Railey and Taylor-Made, listed below, offer nice houses in the area with great scenery, amenities (hot tub, pools, bears..) and various activities! Just be mindful of the location to our wedding venue as you will have to drive to Chanteclaire, or use the shuttle provided at Wisp Resort Hotel (Uber is not readily available in Deep Creek).
