It's all Happening!

Between Ruthie (Yael’s mom) and Elizabeth (Phil’s sister). Ruthie was working out at the YMCA when she stopped by Elizabeth’s office to chat. “Who is this good looking guy in the picture on your desk?” she asked. Elizabeth responded "That's my husband". Ruthie was quick to reply "Do you know of any other cute Jewish boys for my daughter?" Elizabeth smiled and said "My handsome single brother..." It wasn’t long after that Yael got an email from Phil asking to get together. They went on a few dates, however the timing just wasn’t right. It wasn’t until an accidental G-chat conversation a year or so later, that their friendship rekindled and blossomed. Over the next 4 years they attended music festivals, celebrated birthdays, went to sporting events and even experienced Burning Man together. Fast forward to the summer of 2017 where they were both attending a mutual friend’s wedding in North Carolina and caught each other’s attention in a whole new light. Shortly thereafter Phil made his move! They both agreed to approach their new relationship like a camp fire – starting with some brush and kindling and letting it burn bright before adding any heavier logs.
