Where am I Staying?
Answer
Most guests will be staying on site at the wedding venue, although accommodations are limited. We will be contacting you directly the next week if we have you staying off-site. If you would rather stay in a nearby hotel, villa, or airbnb in town (10 minute walk), please let us know ASAP to see if we can shift our rooming arrangements.

What is the Financial Commitment?
Answer
If you are staying on site, we are asking for a total of $400 per person for the entire stay. This is based on double occupancy rate. WHAT'S INCLUDED? - 5 nights accommodation at Terri di Baccio - Breakfast each morning - Pizza Night (wine and soft drinks) poolside at Terre di Baccio (Day 1) - Food and drink at the wedding (Day 3) WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED? - Airfare - Transfers/car rentals - Other food & drink not mentioned above - Optional Activities

What is the Payment Schedule for those staying Onsite?

How do I get to Greve?
Answer
We are happy to assist with organizing group airport transfers for all of our guests, and can let you know a price for this as soon as we know numbers and flights details. Alternatively, you may wish to consider renting a car, particularly if you wish to go out and about during the 5 days, or if you plan to extend your stay. Please see the Travel Page for more details.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
With the exception of our immediate family, we have made a (tricky!) decision to have an adult-only wedding. It goes without saying that we love your little ones, but first and foremost you are our friends. We would love for you to be truly present and relaxed at our wedding and view it as an opportunity to have yourselves a well-deserved break... A chance to have some time off, relax in the sun and have plenty of drinks without worrying the little rascal has made a run for the pool! We have seen so many instances of parents either missing key parts of the wedding to keep their children busy, or feeling on edge trying to ensure they don't cause a disturbance...we don't want this for you, it's a holiday after all! We hope you understand, and if you're able to twist grandma's arm to sleepover for a few days then it would be greatly appreciated. We do realize this is a big ask, and ultimately we just want you there one way or another, so if this is a problem then please let us know.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We would love for you to take photos throughout the celebrations - we hope you make some amazing memories worth capturing! But please DO NOT take any photos during the ceremony - we have an amazing photographer (Cecelina!) who will be there throughout...there is nothing worse than hands and iPhones all the way along the aisle, and we want everyone to be present with us during this moment.

Can I post on Social Media?
Answer
While eventually posting on Facebook/IG is fine, please do not post anything from the wedding day on social media until after we have done so ourselves. We'd love to be the first to share our celebration. When the time comes, please use the hashtag #TheGreeneWedding2020 so we can see them all too!
