What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm to allow time to park, get settled, and find your seat. The ceremony will begin shortly after, and we’d love for everyone to be there on time to soak in the moment with us.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in a shaded area, and the reception will be held in a temperature-controlled tent. San Marcos weather in early October is typically sunny and warm during the day (highs in the 70s to low 80s) and can cool off in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light layer just in case. Please note: the ceremony and parts of cocktail hour will be held on grass, so we suggest wearing grass-friendly shoes if possible.

What should I wear?

Our dress code is semi-formal. Ladies, cocktail or midi-length dresses in bright, cheerful colors are encouraged—we kindly ask that you avoid wearing black or navy to keep the mood light and vibrant. Gentlemen, suits or dress pants with a blazer are perfect (ties optional).

Where should I park?

There will be complimentary self-parking available on-site. Please note that the venue requires a bit of a walk uphill and some stairs to access. If you or a guest may need accommodations or assistance, please reach out to us. For your safety and convenience, we encourage guests to consider using Uber or other rideshare services.

Are kids welcome?

We want you to be able to relax and have the best time celebrating with us, whether that means coming solo or bringing your little ones along. Kids are welcome, we just kindly ask that you let us know in advance if they’ll be joining so we can plan accordingly.
