2:30 pm - 3:15 pm
We will bring Water on standby but please NO eating and drinking in the Sanctuary room (Ceremony room). The Ceremony door will be open until the start (2:30) will be closed and restricted until end of ceremony. If you need bathroom or emergency exit out aisles and use outside doors. Late guest will have NO entrance inside the church and will have to wait until the ceremony is over. (emergency are exceptions).
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Time for small bites and dry beverages while mingling around until receptions starts.
The Church does NOT allow smoking or drinking on the premises of their grounds so please be respectful to the church or else they can shut down the event. Security is required with this amount of people to monitor the grounds in case of emergency.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
For people with kids under the age of 12 (non infants), please leave the kids in the kids room. There will be chaperones monitoring the kids room and keeping them entertained, feel free to pop in and out to check up on kids and accommodate. We don't have a hired cleanup crew and we would much appreciate if we can have help at the end to clean up... There is a church service the next day.
