When do you need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 17, 2026. Simply click the RSVP tab on this website and enter the first and last name of one member of your party to get started. If you are replying for yourself and a guest, or for your family, you will be able to RSVP for your full group on the next page.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park and find your seat.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Dawes County Fairgrounds 300 E. Norfolk Ave., Chadron, NE 69337

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot with plenty of space to accommodate all guests. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All indoors! However, it could get chilly in the evening because of the time of year.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is casual to semi-casual. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so there’s no need to dress up unless you’d like to!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation reflects the number of guests included in your party. If it doesn’t show the correct number, please reach out to Tyler or me and we’ll be happy to update it so you can RSVP for your additional guest(s).

YES! We have a few activities planned just for the kids!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Please don’t forget to download our app to upload all the great photos you take throughout the day. You’ll find QR codes posted around the reception to make it easy.
