We met on the first day of medical school at Touro University in Vallejo, just a short distance from our wedding venue. What started out as study partners soon grew into friendship and then more. We worked side by side to support each other through multiple board exams and even successfully couples matched into residency programs in the same city so that we could continue to pursue our dreams. Before starting residency we took a graduation trip to celebrate and during our trip, Kevin proposed in the Queen Anne Garden in London. Kevin is finishing up his last year in Pediatrics residency and Yasmeen is also in her last year of Internal Medicine residency. Now that we are both almost finished with our first portion of training, it felt like the perfect time to plan our wedding. We are so excited to get married in the same area where we first met and we hope you can join us for this special occasion.
