Officiant
Emily will be a bridesmaid and officiant. Katie and I just so happened to start working at the Orlando VA on the same day. We spent 2 weeks of orientation together and the rest was history!
Matron of Honor
I have fond memories growing up with Katie. Our regular pastimes included swimming, skiing, shopping, visiting the zoo and seeing movies together. We also went on many road trips with our parents all over the country. It was so nice to have a sister to share in all those experiences. Even though we have been living far apart for some time now, we visit each other every year and keep in touch. I'm so proud of my younger sister and her accomplishments. She is also an amazing aunt to my almost 3 year old son. I'm so happy for her and Mitch to be getting married as they've come a long way together!!
Bridesmaid
When I first met Katie, it was on a community service trip to NYC with a handful of other pre-pharmacy students! She was the leader of the group and I remember needing to ask her a few questions for the trip, and after our interaction, I remembering thinking “she was so sweet and friendly- I need to be friends with her!” And I am so grateful to call her one of my very best friends almost 10 years later!
Bridesmaid
I met Katie in high school and I immediately loved her energy- she was always down to explore and talk! Our friendship grew as our lives expanded, training for races, going to events and fun restaurants and processing all things from interesting to existential.
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met 3 years ago through our mutual Disneyholic friend, Chloe. We all work together at the Orlando VA. It might have just started out as coworkers, venting about work but our friendship grew stronger with our love for good food, desserts, travel and true crime <3
Bridesmaid
I met Katie in pharmacy school, when we were both in the same group for our first year. We bonded over liking cats and cute things and have been friends ever since! Can’t wait to celebrate with her and Mitch on their big day!
Bridesmaid
Katie and I first met when we were partnered for the same science lab group our sophomore year at OSU. We would talk here and there as friendly acquaintances. One fateful cold day, we both ended up taking the same bus. We made small talk and how we were looking for apartments and a roommate heading in to our senior year. The rest is history! We both became close friends after realizing how many things we have in common. We would spend hours discussing worldly topics and going on adventures together. Throughout everything, Katie has remained one of my closest friends and someone that I can always trust to be my rock.
Bridesmaid
Katie and I started at the Orlando VA within a few months of each other. We had both moved away from home to live in a new town on our own and coincidentally into the same apartment complex. We bonded over our love of cats, food (particularly of the EPCOT festival variety) and travel. She has made my time in Orlando so much fun, and I am honored to be a part of her next big journey.
Best Man
Mitchell and I were friends at first sight. After meeting we proceeded to spend the entire pandemic playing games and hanging out online. Also he saved me from a burning fire using only his incredible free throw and outdated phone.
Groomsman
Mitchell and I met at Cardozo High School through mutual friends. We grew close through friendly scholarly competition, wholesome hangouts, ping pong club, and constantly sharing elite puns with each other, among many other amazing experiences.

I’m so grateful to have Mitchell’s friendship for almost 30 years and counting. I’ve seen him grow from a boy to an incredible man. He is one of the most authentic, smart & funny people I know. I am so happy he met Katie. They are a beautiful couple and I couldn’t be more proud to stand by their side on their wedding day.

Mitchell is someone I can always count on being down to hang out, whether it’s hitting the driving range when neither of us feeling like working, bowling or even playing smash which I’ll admit is more fun for him than me. Through the many car rides to CYO games (once I could drive) and trips to get food around the city, Mitch is a day 1 friend and brother which lets me know a friendship that starts the first day of preschool and spans 3 decades is truly something to cherish.
Groomsman
I would say I met Mitchell at a pretty early stage in my life. Even to this day it feels like I’ve known him my entire life. Some would say he’s like a brother to me. I just feel so thankful that he has been lucky enough to have me in his life.

Mitchell and I have been friends since early 2020. Over time, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know him better, and we’ve grown closer as friends. We’ve discovered that we share a love for many of the same things, making our friendship a great match.
