When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by April 1, 2024.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please include any food allergies/intolerances you have when you RSVP!

What type of food will be served at the main event?

Answer

We are excited to do things a little differently with a cocktail-style reception! Don't worry, you will not go hungry. In addition to a variety of small plates and apps, we'll have fun food stations through out the evening.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Classy, but not formal-- think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, nice pantsuits, dress shirts, slacks (is that what guys call non-denim pants?). Guys-- no suit jacket is required :)

Is there parking at Main Street Ballroom?

Answer

There is a free, public parking lot right next to the venue, along with various parking lots within walking distance throughout the historic main street area.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the "Travel" section of this website for information on our hotel room block and other recommendations for accommodations in the area.

What are the dates for the room block?

Answer

The room block at Turf Valley Resort is available for guests from 05/22-05/28. There is no nightly minimum requirement (so yes, you can definitely stay for just one night).

Will the festivities include a ceremony?

Answer

We decided to do a very small ceremony with just our immediate family right before the Main Event. So basically, you get to skip right to the fun part!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus taking our guests to and from Turf Valley Resort. There are a few other hotels in the area that are a short Uber ride away as well, if you choose not to stay at Turf Valley Resort or self drive.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! After the Main Event wraps up, we plan on doing a little post-wedding crawl along Main St. Totally optional to participate-- however, there will be a later bus heading back to Turf Valley after the after-party. Please refer to schedule for more information.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love children, this will be mainly an adults-only reception (14+). Our son and immediate nieces and nephews are invited, as they will be partaking in our intimate ceremony before the main event.
