Brian's POV ~ Back when Christina and I worked in the ER together, we would always joke around with such a natural connection. At the time, I drove a Subaru WRX STI and she would always ask to drive my car. I never let anyone drive my car and I wasn’t sure how good she could actually drive manual transmission. Wasn’t sure if she’d be granny shiftin’ not double clutchin’ like you should.😉 But as we grew closer over the years, one night as we were walking out of our shift, I offered it up to her! I could tell she was nervous and probably never thought I’d let her drive it, but she took me up on it! She started off timid, but by the end she was revving it trying to blow the welds off my intake manifold and fry the piston rings! 😮‍💨 We had so much fun speeding down PCH together and from that time on, we never looked back! Christina's POV ~ Ever since we went for that drive down PCH…I was crushing on him like he was my reality version of Brian O’Connor 😆 Looking back, we were always a bit flirty. But from that point on, things would change. It was during the COVID pandemic when we began hanging out. People were practicing social distancing, meanwhile we were getting closer.. I mean, getting to know each other more outside of being coworkers.😳 Brian lived in Newport so the beach was easily our outlet for outings like bike cruises, sunset skates, catching sun & surf, going for dives and drives, checking out Cars and Coffee, embracing dinner dates that were forced to be outside and blah blah blah! Seems like all of a sudden, time has flown by. It's hard to believe all that we’ve gone through over the past 3+ years of being together. Life has been full of exciting adventures and challenges, but most of all, love and laughter. We share similar outlooks and easily enjoy navigating the turns of life together. It all just clicked - talk about getting to marry your best friend. Yay! The Proposal: We were on our way to dinner at Pacific City when Brian decided to make a pit stop at our old spot in Newport to snap some artsy photos of his M3 outlooking the ocean. Typical.. He is a big car guy and is obsessed with his M3. I have questioned if he is more in love with his car than me. JK. 
Little did I know, Brian had bigger intentions with a ring in his pocket. I didn’t understand what was going on at the time…I was getting hangry! Ultimately, he got down on one knee at the beach after a sweet spiel. The paint on my nails (or lack of) were highly distressed, but I was on cloud nine when Brian slid the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen onto my hand. 🤩 Brian kept true to us when he planned an intimate proposal; simple, genuine, and perfectly us. He loves me more than his car after all! 🥰 Thanks for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to celebrate with you on our big day!
