Welcome Event

Country Club Attire: Dresses, Slacks, Collared Shirts, Button Down Shirt, Sweaters - Please no Jeans (White Jeans OK).
The welcome event is at a country club, so please no jeans. Buses will bring guests to the Welcome Party from the Hotel Blocks starting at 7:15PM, and returning at 10:30PM.

Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Onsite Ceremony in Beatrix's Garden, so please be mindful of your shoes (spiky heels may not be the best option). Buses will provide transportation from the Hotel Blocks to the ceremony starting at 4:30PM.
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Adult Only Reception. Cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres followed by tented reception.
