Once upon a time, I took Women Studies course in Hunter College. There was a young man named Brian Shekhtman. He needed to find someone to introduce himself as the teacher required. So, he turned to the left, there was a Mexican girl, he was like, “Nah, Chill.” Then, he turned to the right, there was an Asian girl, ME ^.^! We introduced ourselves for the first time, and , that’s how we met each other! Of course, we didn’t talk to each other after that. Brian always sat at the corner playing video games, and I didn’t want to talk to anyone if it’s not necessary. Before I met Brian, my life has three stops; home, classroom, library. One day, we ran into each other as we walked out of the lecture hall. We were on a crowded escalator, he tapped my shoulder, I turned around. That day, I really wanted to skip school, so I asked him to let me know if there was any homework, AND, I gave him my number! I was surprised that he called me, and I thought I would have an American friend! We ran into each other again after class, and he asked me out for dinner. I said, “ I need to go home for dinner, maybe next time! “ You know, I just try to be nice to say that. There is no next time, haha. Brian DID NOT give up there. He called me another day to invite me to watch a movie together. This guy got lucky, because I love watching movies. So, I said, yes! After watching the movie, I noticed some chemical changes between us. I realized that we were not just regular friends! I was curious about it and I can’t stop thinking about Brian. My heart has never beaten so fast and strongly! I fell in love with this man! And my feeling was right ! He asked me out another time, and he put a stamp on me. On November 1st, 2011, we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend. We had a 2-year underground relationship, and now, we are having our wedding ceremony with all of you! To announce our marriage, and to share our happiness with you!
