We are asking all guests to bring flowers/native plants. They can be any flowers (picked from anywhere) we simply ask if you are bringing store bought to dispose of the plastic before arriving to the ranch where the weekend will be celebrated. BYOB we are only providing traditionally made drinks and water, but feel free to bring your own beverages. If you are camping bring all things necessary to setup. Outlet/water connections are not guranteed.
Friday: for Temazcal, it is traditional for women to wear long skirts, and men shorts. Anything that is breathable and fine to get sweaty/dirty. Saturday: for the ceremony/reception we are asking for all to come in natural tones and light breathable clothes. (White is fine) Comfortable shoes as there are mostly grass and dirt paths.
This is a traditional ceremony called Amarre de Tilma y Huipil, that recognizes the unity of two worlds through danza and community engagement. So yes, essentially we are tying the knot 😉. Signifying the abundance in joining together in celebration and love.
Please consider looking at the travel tab on this website. There will be plenty of space for camping, and RV parking. We will have a community camping area for those that need it. Please notify us if you plan to stay so we can further coordinate. There is a bathroom and shower available.
Thank you for the thoughtful consideration, you can access the registry on this website at the top of the page, this is where you can find items and ideas of things we truly need/appreciate.
No, in fact, we would appreciate if you let us know any part that you are able to make it out to. You can RSVP ATTEND/DECLINE to each day to help us get an accurate count. 💗
We have an amazing community helping us make this beautiful weekend happen, but the main POC we have to streamline communication will be Andrea Daniela. Please message us for her info if needed.
