FAQs

Question

How are you addressing Oregon COVID-19 requirements for your county?

Answer

In response to Govenor Brown's mandates put in place to stop the spread of COVID-19, we will be asking guests to sit with their households, and to bring a mask to wear while greeting people from different households. We understand that it will be warm out, so we won't require you to 'mask up' during the ceremony and reception, but we will ask you to bring a mask and be prepared to wear it while mingling. Thank you for understanding that this was never something we thought we would have to prepare for.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

With the current situation, we ask that you RSVP as soon as you are able to. With Oregon's COVID-19 mandates we can't have more than 100 people at our event, so we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you will or won't be able to attend.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones will be given to guests in serious relationships. If you feel that you should be able to bring a date please get in contact with the maid of honor or best man and they will help decide. Please respect us as we try to follow Oregon COVID-19 mandates.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but please be mindful that there will be no babysitters and your children are your responsibility. There will be some activities to keep kids engaged, but feel free to bring extra snacks or activities if that will help keep your kids happy!

Question

Are animals welcome?

Answer

Our venue has asked that guests leave their animals at home. If you have a service animal that is needed to attend with you please reach out to someone in the bridal party so we can accommodate.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we’re registered! Right here on Zola! Also feel free to shop on different websites and stores. If you do purchase something from the registry on a different website or in a store, please let the maid of honor or best man know so they can edit the registry!

Question

When shopping for gifts, are there any themes or colors I should lean towards?

Answer

We'd prefer neutral tones; whites, beiges, and greys. And if it is kitchen wear, stainless steel or darker woods (there are some examples on the registry!) Daniel finds the modern, industrial look more appealing and Xiola really adores the boho-chic aesthetic (if you don't know what either of those are, Pinterest is your friend!) Always feel free to ask anyone in the bridal party for gift ideas as well!
