When should I RSVP by? / ¿Cuándo debo confirmar mi RSVP?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by September 13th. If we don't receive your response by this date, we’ll assume you’re unable to join us this time. | Por favor, confirmen su asistencia a más tardar el 30 de agosto. Si no recibimos su respuesta para esta fecha, asumiremos que no podrán acompañarnos en esta ocasión.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? /¿A qué hora debo llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to get settled before the festivities begin. | La ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 4:30 PM. Les pedimos cordialmente llegar a las 4:00 PM para que puedan acomodarse antes de que comience la celebración.

Is there a dress code?/¿Hay un código de vestimenta?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a Semi-Formal dress code. | ¡Nos encantaría ver a nuestros familiares y amigos vestidos para la ocasión! Solicitamos un código de vestimenta Semi-Formal. Hombres: Pantalones de vestir y camisa de botones. El uso de saco es opcional. Por favor, eviten el uso de jeans o tenis. Mujeres: Un vestido de cóctel, un jumpsuit elegante o una falda y blusa formal serían perfectos. Men: Think slacks and a button-down shirt. Blazers are welcome but not required. Please, no jeans or sneakers. Women: A cocktail dress, a chic jumpsuit, or a dressy skirt and top would be perfect.

Due to the capacity of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you have been allotted a plus one, it will be specified on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding! | Debido a la capacidad de nuestro salón, solo podemos recibir a los invitados que figuran formalmente en su invitación. Our celebration is limited to those specifically named on the invitation. As we are only able to accommodate a very small number of children from our immediate family, we hope you can enjoy a night off to celebrate with us! | Nuestra celebración está limitada a las personas mencionadas específicamente en la invitación. We want everyone to eat well! Please add any dietary restrictions or allergies (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free, etc.) when you RSVP by August 30th so we can alert our caterer. | ¡Queremos que todos disfruten de la cena! Por favor, mencionen cualquier restricción dietética o alergia (sin gluten, vegano, sin nueces, etc.) al confirmar su asistencia antes del 30 de agosto para que podamos informar a nuestro banquete.

Where is the wedding?/¿Dónde será la boda?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Lazy S Hacienda, and it will be an outdoor ceremony followed by and indoor reception. Please take special note of this, especially when thinking of shoes or attire for the wedding. | Nuestra boda se llevará a cabo en Lazy S Hacienda. La ceremonia será al aire libre, seguida de una recepción en el interior. Por favor, tomen esto en cuenta al elegir su calzado y vestimenta.

What happens if it rains?/¿Qué pasa si llueve?

Our ceremony is planned for outdoors, but we have a beautiful indoor 'Plan B' at the same venue just in case. | Nuestra ceremonia está planeada para ser al aire libre, pero contamos con un hermoso "Plan B" bajo techo en el mismo lugar en caso de ser necesario.
