How to book?

Answer

We have been working with DestinationWeddings.com on our wedding and travel plans and have reserved rooms for our guests at a special group rate! To confirm your room and travel needs. Please sign into our BOOKING Website from the Attend a Wedding page on DestinationWeddings.com Enter Passcode: XIMENAJACOB Review, select and submit your request for your room accommodations OR Contact our Certified Destination Wedding Specialist, Cindy Garren, at 864-498-1198 or cgarren@destinationweddings.com for assistance through the booking process

How soon should I make my initial deposit?

Answer

Although there is no specific date set, we request you make your first initial deposit as soon as possible (preferably before 1/22/23) to help ease the wedding planning process. By making a deposit, you can ensure a room is reserved as room availability may be limited.

Is this hotel all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Airport transfers, all food and beverage, taxes, and dining gratuities included!

How are the rates set?

Answer

Rates are "per person" not "per night". 3 night minimum stay

Is a deposit required?

Answer

Yes, an initial Deposit is just $100.00 per room single or double occupancy. $50 for the 3rd and 4th person.

Final Payment is due by 06/15/2023.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you please dress Semi-Formal for the wedding. Please keep in mind that some restaurants require a dress code so an extra formal attire may be a good idea if you wish to experience those.

How many restaurants does the hotel have?

Answer

There are 9 options for restaurants featuring six à la carte restaurants, a buffet, a grill and a café.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! The hotel is family friendly so there will be plenty of entertainment for kids, including a kids club and kids pool area.

The hotel has 6 different bars to choose from including a swim up bar, a sports and music lounge and a pool bar.

There are many different activities available to fit anyone’s needs. Do you need a passport?

Answer

Passports are required for all passengers and must be valid for 6 months past travel. If you need a passport, please visit http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english.html

Answer

Flights are typically less expensive purchased directly from the airline or the wedding specialist will be happy to give you flight suggestions. The airport code for Cancun is CUN. Your included transfers are from this airport.

Will transportation be included to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes. Transportation is included in the rate. Please note that shared transfers are not direct and will stop at other hotels to drop off other guests along the way.

Do I need travel insurance?

Answer

Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment. Payments are non-refundable without insurance. The wedding is several months away and unforeseen things can happen. It must be added at the time you make the reservation. It can't be added later.

Can I stay in a different hotel?

Answer

Yes! However, please note that there will be an additional fee for those staying elsewhere due to hotel regulations.
