The perfect day

We have one of our best friends, Katie, to thank for bringing us together. Unknowing what our relationship would become, she invited us to go to a Young Catholic Professionals networking event. We got to talking and found that we had a lot in common. A few weeks later, we saw each other again at a Halloween Party (dressed as Waldo and a pirate) where we laughed, flirted and realized we wanted to see each other again. We built a strong friendship with God at the center of it, and a few months later, our friendship evolved into something much greater. Over the next year we visited Italy, went snowboarding, rock climbing, took Luna on countless walks, and consistently went to mass together. We both knew we never wanted the adventures to end, so on February 17th, we got engaged overlooking the ocean at Cabrillo National Monument. We thank God every day we've found each other and we can't wait to have you witness our love at our wedding.
