What will the weather be like?

Summer in Florence can be hot around 80 degrees. Water and refreshment will be provided throughout. Dress light and wear breathable fabric like linen.

What food will be provided at the reception?

Answer

Classic Italian food in the form of 3 courses will be provided with late night snack available. Please indicate your allergies/special meal requests on the RSVP.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The welcome dinner venue is easily walkable in the city of Florence (usually within 10 minutes if you are staying in the city). Transport to Villa for ceremony/reception will be provided or you may taxi to the villa from the city of Florence if you prefer (about 15 minute drive).

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your love and presence at our wedding mean the world to us. If you would like to give a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution to our honeymoon/newlywed fund.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 6PM on 8/1/2026. Please arrive by 5:30PM. Drinks will be provided until ceremony starts. Transportation will be arranged for pick up from the city (details will be shared later, please check back).

Can I bring my children and/or a date?

Due to constraints, only children or partners specified on the invitations may attend. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I need more time for RSVP?

Answer

We understand that attending a destination wedding requires extra planning. If you need more time, just keep us updated. Final head count is required 15 days from the wedding.

Do I need a phone plan in Italy?

Answer

Most US-based phone plans offer international options, so we recommend checking with your carrier before you fly. Alternatively, purchasing an affordable e-SIM (e.g. Airalo) is a great way to get easy access to data and Google Maps while traveling through Italy.
