Aaron coordinated the perfect weekend for us! We are big campers and took a trip out to camp at Mirror Lake. The first day we soaked up the sun at Noah’s Ark Water Park and ended the night at Ishnala Supper Club for an absolutely delicious dinner. The following day we went for a hike at Devils Lake. He lead me out to our favorite spot on the East Bluff trail, overlooking the lake and valley below. He got down on (a lower boulder) and said “Hey Xaxona, do you wanna marry me?”. So simple, so sweet and very us. It was perfect. In proper Xay fashion I sat down and cried for a sec before obviously saying yes.
