We both were giving love one last shot and decided to download bumble. Within two days of having the app we matched and had an instant spontaneous connection. We talked all day and all night everyday and never got tired of each other! I had been going to dart matches with Xavier and his family every Tuesday and really hit it off with his family and they accepted me as if I was part of the family! Well on 9/22/2020 Xavier set an alarm in my phone for me to check my notes and he put a sweet little note asking me to be his girlfriend. The alarm was scheduled to go off on 9/26/2020 at the same time he was picking me up for us to start our plans for that day. He just looked at me and smiled. I remember the butterflies in my stomach like it was yesterday! We started having sleep overs and feelings started to grow. The next thing I know Xavier is dropping off at my house and he gives me a kiss and says “I love you” emotions started rushing in and I go to say it back to him. I’ve been waiting for this moment and I couldn’t wait much longer. I kiss him again and say I love you too and just give a cute little grin. We start introducing friends and hanging out in big groups of people. Our friends are asking how we get along so well considering we are so different. If you ask me I would say it’s the fact that we are both Gemini’s but Xavier will say that’s he’s had good training! The talks of starting a family start to arise and what we would do if we had a baby?! A few short months later on May 28th, 2021 I popped up pregnant!!!! Xavier was super excited that he was going to be father, I on the other hand was extremely nervous, I can’t even take a needle with passing out how the hell was I going to have a baby?! Xavier reassured me that we’ll get through this part of life together. Leading up to our gender reveal we thought for sure we had the names picked out. But a dramatic event in our lives made us change our minds instantly. And on September 4th we learned that we were going to have a baby boy named Thomas. And it felt so amazing to know we were going to have a boy. Xavier was a bit more excited than I was though. Went behind my back that weekend and got an engagement ring after convincing me we just don’t have the funds for that right now. And October 2nd he asked me to marry him! I was so happy that I get to spend my life with the love of my life! January came and that’s when we began our journey as parents. It was pretty rough on us at first with the lack of sleep and Xavier having to go back to work. We worked through our troubles and came out of them stronger as ever. We finally decided okay we are emotionally ready to take this next step in our relationship and we began the wedding process! Thank you for being a part of this wonderful journey of ours!
