They were in Las Vegas celebrating Cember's God brother, Ethans 21st birthday weekend. It was the day after Valentines Day and Xavier said he had one more surprise for Cember. For a while now, Cember has mentioned wanting to go to Paris. Xavier set up a beautiful reservation at the Eiffel tower restaurant inside the Paris Hotel! Their table overlooked the strip and was positioned right in front Bellagio fountains. An extra plate came out during the last course that read "Will you Marry Me". Xavier got on one knee and Cember was at a loss for words for the first time ever in their relationship!
