Maid of Honor
We weren't sisters by birth but we knew from the start, our family camping trip in 2009 made us sisters by heart. From getting our belly buttons pierced together when we were in high school, to helping each other move into college and all of our Sissy Saturdays in between to now planning my bachelorette and bridal shower. Maddy, you are the world's best Maid of Honor and I am the luckiest bride to have you! Love you, Sis!
Best Man
I was selling tomatoes on the side of the road. I caught Tyler's eye and Tyler asked me, "hey do you want to go play baseball?" We have been best buds ever since.
Bridesmaid
You were there when we first met and you'll be there when we say "I do". This relationship wouldn't have existed if it weren't for you! Thank you for continuing to hang out with us and never being afraid of "3rd wheeling" because let's be honest, when we hang out, it is Xavi that is 3rd wheeling.
Groomsman
My oldest and most famous brother, ping pong and softball partner.
Bridesmaid
We met at new student orientation in graduate school and she decided to have a "speechie get together" at her house afterward. It only took a few minutes for us to exchange life stories and we became instant friends. She is incredibly smart, talented, kind, and the perfect amount of crazy. She likes to play board games, make new friends, and enjoys a good bargain. My kind of girl!
Groomsman
My second oldest brother and tennis partner. You can catch us on the courts at Cobbs Hill almost every night.
Bridesmaid
I can honestly say, we've been friends since the 90s. She and I were the only girls in our preschool class - she really didn't have a choice whether or not to be my friend. From birthdays and sleepovers (and going to church in the morning), to Christmas Eve breakfast and parade day shenanigans. She shares my love for Justin Bieber, Avril Lavigne, and celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
Groomsman
My youngest brother and best man runner up. Daniel spent many nights sleeping in my trundle bed.
Bridesmaid
I've known Alex my whole life. I remember visiting her during "siblings weekend" when she was a student at Nazareth. In true older sibling fashion, she gifted me my first sip of alcohol - UV Blue and Mountain Dew. After getting a taste of college and campus life, I was so excited to begin my freshman year at SUNY Fredonia. Alex came to visit me just about every semester. What happened in Fredonia, stays in Fredonia!
Groomsman
My second favorite twin. Connor is the most informative person I know when it comes to nature or the outdoors. He has a answer to every one of my questions.
Bridesmaid
We met in Nixon Hall during move-in weekend at Fredonia. She was one of the "cool kids" with a car on campus so I asked if I could go to Walmart with her and her roommate, Steph, to buy a printer (the same printer Xavi and I have in our apartment now). The three of us became inseparable. My mom always told me, "you will meet your best friends in college" and I sure did.
Groomsman
Brien and I met shortly after Carly and I met. Brien's taste for good food and drink is unmatched and Brien knows where all the best spots are in Rochester. We have never went out with Brien and had a bad time or experience.
Bridesmaid
At the first Nixon Hall meeting, we were all asked to state 3 facts about ourselves. When it was Steph's turn, she said, "I work at McDonalds, I'm from Rochester, and I am studying communication disorders and sciences". I eagerly ran up to her after the meeting and said, "I work at McDonald's, I'm from Rochester, and I am studying communication disorders and sciences too!!!" Our friendship is like no other.
Groomsman
Glen and I became friends when I began playing softball in Chili after high school. It wasn't until years later that we started hanging out outside of softball. Drinks after work, working out together, weekend trips and just always trying to be him and Ashley's third wheel.
Bridesmaid
I couldn't be more excited to have a sister, especially Laia! Aside from being the oldest, she is the strongest, smartest, and coolest member of the family. She is the best looking Maira child with Xavi coming in at a close second. Thanks for helping me throughout the wedding planning process. I love you, Laia!
Groomsman
Kurt and I began working together at Wegmans in 2016. Together with Chris, the three of us became inseparable. That summer we had endless lunch and dinner dates, red wings games, sleepovers and gator rides.
Parents of the Bride
Thanks for all the love and support throughout the years. You set the bar high for what a healthy, happy marriage looks like!
Parents of the Groom
I am my parents favorite.
