“Everything happens for a reason” is something we’ve been finding ourselves saying a lot over the past 7 years. Only God knew what He was doing when He placed us where He did, when He did. Those two weeks during that school trip to Europe He knew would be our last chance of figuring out we were each other’s missing pieces. Getting to know each other the way we did where we did created a bond so strong, we wouldn’t be able to tell you how many days we’ve spent apart because it’s not many. What one lacks, the other picks up the slack, and that is what has kept this machine running all these years. The love we’ve created is one you don’t get tired of. It’s one you try to find new ways to express how deep it goes every. single. day. These 7 years have taught me everything I need to know about what matters. Family is the cornerstone of life, and so blessed are we to be able to experience that in holy matrimony.
