For our out-of-town guests flying in, we recommend booking flights to either Midway International Airport (located about 11 miles south of where we’ll be staying) or O’Hare International Airport (approximately 17 miles away). Travel time from both airports to the hotel is comparable, so you can choose whichever option works best for your travel plans.

The bride and groom will be staying at Renaissance Downtown, and we’d love for you to join us there! We have reserved a limited block of rooms at a discounted rate for Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th. Please use the link below to secure your room at our discounted rate. For anyone looking to extend their stay please reach out to Sue at 847-828-6784. Guests can book rooms until Friday, September 19th based upon availability within the room block. Please note there is a $25/night "destination fee" which is typical at most downtown Chicago hotels. This $25/night destination fee goes toward hotel credit which can be used at the hotel lobby bar and lobby restaurant. Parking at the hotel is available for $80/day. However, there are plenty of other great hotels in the area to fit different styles and budgets. Feel free to choose the option that works best for you—we’re just excited to celebrate with you!

We suggest using Uber or Lyft instead of renting a car, as parking in Chicago can be pricey—around $80 per day. For those driving into the city, there are parking garages nearby as well as valet parking available at the hotel.
