Located at the Manor House is the Manor House Golf Club. There will be a golf outing on Thursday, July 7th with cost per player to be confirmed in advance. Note there are limited rental clubs available, for those traveling within the UK and planning to play golf you may want to bring your own clubs. The Manor House sits on 365 acres of woodland, gardens and rolling hills. If you find yourself needing some fresh country air, grab a pair of wellies by the front door and enjoy the grounds. If you are feeling peckish and still want to get out in the countryside, The Manor House will gladly pack a picnic lunch - just ask!
Bath is a world heritage spa city located just 15 miles from Castle Combe (25 minute drive from the Manor House). Known for its natural hot springs and beautiful 18th-century Georgian architecture. Take a visit to the famous Royal Cresent, the beautiful Bath Assembly Room or behold the grandeur of the original Roman Baths. If you are wondering where to find the bride leading up to the wedding, something tells me that she might have found a spa or two to get lost in!
For the history buffs in town, the world famous Stonehenge is located just about 35 miles/60 mins away from the hotel. Constructed over 3500 years ago - if you can't find the time to squeeze it in this trip, chances are it will be around for your next visit!
