FAQs

Question

Are toasts/speeches permitted?

Answer

In order to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest, we have decided to forego speeches and toasts during the reception. While we appreciate the heartfelt sentiments that speeches and toasts often bring, we believe that this decision will allow us all to focus on simply celebrating together without any interruptions. Instead, we kindly ask that if you would like to share a special message or memory with us, you do so by writing a letter to the bride and groom. These letters can be handed to us during the event or sent to us at your convenience. We treasure the thoughtfulness behind each message and look forward to reading and cherishing them for years to come. We sincerely hope that you understand and respect our decision. Our main priority is to create a warm and joyful atmosphere where everyone can come together and create beautiful memories. We thank you in advance for respecting our wishes and refraining from making announcements during the event. We cannot wait to share this special day with all of you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the Andaz for the reception?

Answer

We kindly request that you plan to arrive anytime after 7 PM for the reception. To help us maintain a smooth flow and ensure that all arrangements are in place, we kindly ask that you refrain from arriving prior to 7 PM. Your punctuality will help us in creating a wonderful and seamless evening for all. We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Your presence is what will make our celebration truly special, and we cannot wait to share this joyous occasion with each and every one of you.

Question

The bride and grooms availability on the days leading up to the event?

Answer

In order to ensure that every detail is taken care of, we will be fully immersed in preparation activities. This means that we'll be unavailable for transportation, social calls, visits, or last-minute gatherings during this time. While we cherish each and every one of you and value your presence in our lives, we hope you can understand that our focus during this period will be on finalizing arrangements and making sure everything runs smoothly for the big day. Thank you for respecting our need for some uninterrupted time as we prepare for this momentous occasion. We look forward to sharing our joy with you all very soon!
