I need more information, who should I contact?
Answer
Additional information will be included on the details card provided to guests upon check-in. The details card will also include contact information for questions or emergencies during the weekend.

How should I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
We will have shuttle service provided to and from Firelight Farm, picking up and dropping off at the Kimpton Armory Hotel, RSVP Hotel, and the Hilton Garden Inn. We will provide more details on the website closer to the event. There is parking at the venue; if you do choose to drive, we ask that you drink responsibly.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The Schedule page lists recommended attire for each event. We recommend you dress comfortably and bring layers for events that take place outside.

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when prompted on your RSVP form. If you have any concerns, please let one of us know.

Can I bring a plus one? What about my kids?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation and our RSVP page which will specify the number of places we have reserved for your party.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have hotel blocks listed on the Travel page. There are many other hotels in and around Bozeman, and we can provide additional recommendations if needed. For large groups, we also recommend checking Airbnb and other vacation rental/homestay platforms.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
<< Repondez s'il vous plait >> through our RSVP page as soon as you know what events you will be attending. Please do so no later than July 10 to allow us to finalize orders with our hardworking team of vendors.

Are there any considerations for COVID?
Answer
The health of our family and friends is very important to us. We understand that health circumstances vary from person to person, and we strongly support each guest's decision about attending wedding festivities. We are both fully vaccinated and boosted and we encourage everyone to get vaccinated if you are eligible. If you are not vaccinated or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to COVID, please take a test before attending events. We will miss you, but please stay home if you feel sick.
