Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To make sure we can get an accurate count to the venue with enough time, please RSVP by July 25th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan to arrive at 4:00pm to allow time to get settled. Anyone who arrives after the ceremony has begun will be asked to wait and join us at cocktail hour.

Is there parking available on-site?

Answer

Yes! Chauncey has an extensive amount of parking for everyone to drive to and park at the wedding free of charge.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive in cocktail/formal attire. For ladies: please wear midi length or full length dresses or jumpsuits. The ceremony is outdoors on grass, so keep that in mind when choosing shoes (a nice pair of sandals or something with a chunky or wedge heel is probably best!). Please avoid colors typically reserved for the bride, including whites, creams, ivories, blushes, or any patterned dresses with a white/ivory/cream/blush base. For men: a suit and tie or bow tie is perfect! We would love for you to try to lean towards fall colors and patterns, though it is not required! Bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy, olive green, burnt orange, and marigold yellow.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all outdoors. The ceremony will be held on grass without covering, cocktail hour is on an open patio, and the reception will be on a covered patio. Keep the weather in mind when choosing your outfits!

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We highly encourage taking photos at the cocktail hour and reception (and we hope you will share those pics with us!), but please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. We promise our photographers will be putting in all the work to get beautiful shots that you can see later, so we’d love for you to be in the moment with us and to leave the ceremony photos to the professionals!

Are you having an After Party?

Answer

Yes! The hotel bar inside Chauncey will remain open for us until midnight after the reception is over. While the entirety of the wedding will be an open bar up to 10 pm, the after party will be a cash bar, so make sure you have cash or a card on you if you will be sticking around with us!
