Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5 o’clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:45pm

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a block at Courtyard by Marriott Wausau and Hampton Inn. These rooms are reserved for you to book by August, 13th 2025 and pay for. But there are a handful of other hotels in the area for you to choose from.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue. There will be signs to direct you to where you will need to park.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, your children will be listed on your household RSVP profile so just let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there's enough food and seats for them.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite. We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our afternoon wedding will mostly be outdoors. Guests will walk to the field on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Question
Am I allowed the take pictures at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special moment. After the ceremony, take all of the pictures and videos you want.
