May I bring a plus-one guest?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate for plus-ones as guests due to the limitations of our wedding package. Thank you for understanding.

How do I submit my RSVP?

Please click the "RSVP" tab on on this website and enter each individual's name in your group separately. Please make sure to include your first and last name.

Where do I find the wedding registry?
Answer
Click the "Registry" tab on this website to be directed to our wedding registry. We have decided to only include cash funds towards experiences for our honeymoon, as well as cash funds for our future endeavors. Please contribute what you wish; you do not have to donate the full amount requested. There is a processing fee when donating cash funds through the Zola website. If you would like to bring a physical card and/or gift in person, we will have a card box and gift table at the ceremony. We truly appreciate any and all contributions towards our formal union.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the attire is formal wear for this event. You may wear any color other than white, which is reserved for the bride.

Where should I stay?
Answer
You have the option of either booking your stay on the event grounds through Sky Ranch Lodge or you may arrange a stay nearby in the Sedona area. If you choose to stay with Sky Ranch Lodge you may call the main line, (928) 282-6400, and request the Harvey Wedding Block upon booking.

What time should I arrive at the event?

Please arrive promptly by 3:30pm. An early arrival ensures that you will be on time to attend the ceremony. Please account for heavy traffic in and around Sedona on the day of our wedding. We will begin the ceremony at 4:00pm.

Will there be event parking?
Answer
Yes, there will be free event parking located directly outside of the wedding venue.

May I bring my own beverages to the event?
Answer
No, you may not bring alcoholic beverages into the event by any means. This rule is enforced by Sky Ranch Lodge, and if this rule is broken, the wedding will be shut down and a large fine will be issued to the bride and groom upon any violation. The bride and groom will be providing 2 drink tickets per guest to redeem at the bar for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. If you desire to purchase additional beverages, they must be paid for with cash.
