By when should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by June 20th.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The plan is to have the wedding outside unless extreme weather conditions prevent this, in which case we will be married inside the lodge where our reception is also being held.

Will there be AC?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and will be approximately 45 minutes. The reception will be in an air conditioned lodge. Depending on the weather, if you are ever feeling too hot, please let the staff know so that they can let you into the air conditioned space early if need be.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for this event is formal.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Children are invited if it is specifically stated when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage you to arrive around 30 minutes before ceremony time to ensure that you are able to find the seat you want and be ready to go for the beginning of the ceremony.

Where can I park?

Answer

Once you arrive at the venue there is plenty of parking in Nature Valley Lodge's gravel parking lot. If accessibility is an issue, you can pull up to the front of the venue to drop people off and then park the car.
