Wyatt and I met at Baker College, I always hung out in Wyatts room with his roommate and best friend Canaan. Wyatt hardly ever came out to later that year. Our friend group hung out a lot going on late night food runs etc. I didn’t know Wyatt liked me until Canaan told me, it took us a few months after me finding out. We officially started dating March 8, 2020.

We were supposed to go on a Hot Air Ballon ride but it got cancelled due to weather. We decided we were just going to have a date day instead. We met at Wyatts house, and we’re supposed to be headed to Saganos Steak House. Wyatt wanted to go on a golf cart ride first. We started on to the trail and that’s when I saw a random Pumpkin. Wyatt started to slow down and I looked at him and said “Are you crazy? This is how we get murdered. You don’t stop for random pumpkins in the middle of the trail!?!?” Then he came to a full stop and got off of the golf cart and walked towards the pumpkin and picked it up. When he turned around he had written on the pumpkin “Marry me” he got down on one knee and pulled out the ring. When he started his speech of the classic “will you make me the happiest man and marry me” I stopped him mid speech and said “You are being ridiculous, of course I will” Wyatts sister Wendy was hiding in the bush to attempt to get some photos. After words we had a fantastic day just being engaged and doing random things. We went to flint for dinner how ever there was a shooting so we decided to go to Clarkston in stead. We stopped by the mall to get costumes for Uncle Dave’s & Aunt Debbie’s Halloween party and get dinner lastly we went and saw a movie.
