All wedding day events will be held at Hazelwood Weddings, located at 195 Old Mill Rd, New Oxford, PA 17350. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the back patio, followed by a cocktail hour in the same location. Dinner and the reception will be held indoors afterward.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:45 PM.
The dress code is cocktail attire. As the ceremony will take place outdoors, we ask guests to dress appropriately while keeping the weather in mind. A suit and tie are recommended for gentlemen, while ladies typically wear a dress.

You can park in the paved lot east of the venue; please avoid the driveway and grassy areas. If needed, you’re welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, just be sure it’s picked up by 9:00 a.m. the following morning, as any remaining vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
