Answer

Please RSVP by March 31st.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm, so please arrive 20-30 minutes early to get settled and find your seats. If you plan on camping overnight, feel free to arrive at 3:30pm to get your trailer or tent space set up, otherwise there will be time after the ceremony to get tents set up.

Question

Are kids/dogs welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We wish everyone could be there but we're unable to accommodate multiple children/dogs.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

After turning onto Fish Hatchery rd., you'll follow the road and drive past the fish hatchery that's on your left. There will be multiple signs telling you to keep driving until you get to the venue space. Eventually you will see parking in the field on the left and be directed where to go.

Question

If you plan on camping

Answer

Tent and trailer camping space is available the night of the wedding into Monday morning. There will be two blackstones available for use for cooking Monday morning or feel free to bring your own camping stoves. Only propane powered grills are permitted. We will also have a propane fire pit but please note, wood burning campfires are not allowed. There will be porta potties with handwashing stations but no showers. If you are staying in a trailer, there are no power or sewage hookups. Dinner and snacks will be provided, please bring your own food for the following morning.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Technically yes, but due to the venue's rules, any alcohol has to be served by the bartender for liability purposes. We're asking guests that if they'd like to drink, to donate their favorite beverage to the bar. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Drinks can be dropped off with the bartender when walking to the ceremony space.
