Our Story Welcome to our wedding website! We are thrilled to share our journey with you, a tale of resilience, love, and laughter that has brought us together and shaped our dreams for the future. Two Hearts, One Journey We are both medical students who have faced and overcome extraordinary challenges. Between us, we have endured cancer and undergone 24 surgeries. These experiences have not only strengthened our resolve but have also inspired us to live a life dedicated to service in the medical field. We feel incredibly blessed to be living a life full of hope, joy, and love. Laughter and Love Our story is also one of finding joy amidst adversity. We are two clowns at heart, using laughter as our coping mechanism. It was through this shared sense of humor that we found each other and fell in love. Together, we dream of becoming individuals who exude kindness, love, and service, hoping to one day bring our skills and compassion to a small rural town. A Special Place, A Special Day We are honored to share this special day with our closest friends and family at an intimate wedding in Oahu, Hawaii. This location holds a special place in our hearts, as it was where Wyatt celebrated his Make-A-Wish trip when he was 15 after surviving cancer. It’s a place of hope and renewal for us, and we are excited to create new memories there with you. Our Journey from Oregon and Illinois Our paths crossed from different parts of the country—Oregon and Illinois—and we are grateful every day that we found each other. Your love and support have been instrumental in our journey, and we couldn’t have made it here without you.
