Although we usually say "the more the merrier", we unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests. Due to the limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 3:40pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guestbook, and find a seat. We cant wait to see you!
We would love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day but more importantly, I look forward to seeing all of my friends and family therefore I have no specific dress code. Wear what makes you comfortable! My only request is to please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones in respect to the bride.
There are two venues at this location. The "Gee" wedding will be held at the venue in the back of the property. Please park in the allotted parking lot and refrain from parking at the other venue due to the potential of another event at that location.
While we love your kiddos, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited.
Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the wedding. Our reception will be held both inside and outside. In the event of bad weather, all events will be moved indoors.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders as well as sending out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP no later than September 21st 2024.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired an amazing professional to capture this moment for us, we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. A photo booth as well as disposable cameras will be present. Please make sure to return these cameras to the bride and groom and they will share these with everyone as well!
