FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For the reception, please RSVP before August 25th. There is no need to RSVP for the ceremony!

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by August 25th, you will be marked as not attending. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count for our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

The ceremony is open to anyone who would like to celebrate our marriage! Due to limited space at the reception, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited in your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear your "Sunday Best"! Additionally, the reception venue is mostly gravel. Pick your shoe accordingly :)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm (EST). We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is open parking at Bethel Baptist Church for the ceremony. For the reception, please pull into the barn drive. Parking will be in the hay field. There will be ushers directing traffic. Please carpool if possible!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony", meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture these special moments! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
