Our Story
We met as freshmen at the University of South Carolina, often ending up in the same places through mutual friends and bonding over our shared love of basketball. Wyatt had a calm, steady confidence to him, but he quickly noticed how much we had in common. Becca was drawn to how kind and genuine he was and how different he felt from anyone she had met before.
What started as an easy friendship became something more, and in January 2020 we began dating. From the start, we felt like best friends first. Wyatt grounds Becca, and Becca keeps Wyatt on his toes, and together we have found the perfect balance.
After graduating in 2021, we put down roots in Raleigh and bought our first home in 2025. A few months later, on a warm June morning, Wyatt woke Becca up and proposed outside with a small tree he had bought for her. It now grows in our front yard, symbolizing the life we are building together.
We cannot wait to begin this next chapter and celebrate with the people we love most!
