Please RSVP no later than September 18th. If you do not RSVP in time, we will sadly assume you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it’s important we provide our vendors with a final guest count by their deadline. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will start at 3:30. We ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated in time. You are welcome to arrive as early as 2:30, grab a drink, and enjoy the scenery!
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. However, you’re more than welcome to go all out. You could never be too dressed up in our eyes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on grass. There will be heaters in the tent for the reception. October weather in Central Illinois is hard to predict. Your comfort to enjoy the event is priority.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!
Limited parking will be available along Lace Road outside the property. We will provide transportation from the hotel so be sure to check out the transportation section for more info!
Shuttles will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn. We are still sorting out the shuttle schedule and will provide an update as soon as we have all the details.
The closest airport is University of Illinois Willard Airport in Champaign, 45 minutes away. Indianapolis and St. Louis are both 2 hours from Mattoon. Chicago O’Hare and Midway are just about 3 hours away.
If you’re wondering about something we didn’t cover or need a little extra info, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom directly. We’re happy to help and want to make sure you feel completely prepared and well taken care of.
