You will need to provide your own means of transportation such as Uber, Lyft, etc. From hotel to venue will be about a 25 min drive.

Are masks required?

Answer

Yes. We are asking that masks be worn throughout the duration of the wedding (Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) unless you are eating or drinking.

What is Shadow Creek's health and safety protocols during COVID?

Answer

Shadow Creek does a thorough deep cleaning the morning prior to every wedding in addition to their normal weekly cleanings. ALL the interior floors are washed with Lysol Disinfectant and rinsed. All flat hard surfaces are wiped down with Lysol Disinfectant, including all the door handles, knobs, etc. All furniture is sprayed with Lysol Disinfectant air spray. (Lysol is the only disinfectant that has been approved by the government as 99% effective in killing the Covid virus). The front porch cocktail area and ceremony site flagstone area is power washed with a Lysol solution in the power washer. The night before the wedding a high velocity air cleaning system is run overnight to clean the venue air. During the wedding/reception our facility staff person will be constantly cleaning the hard surfaces throughout the night, wiping down door handles, door knobs, etc. We will have several areas of hand sanitizers available with tissues available for your guests.
