We met the way many great love stories begin, over shared shifts and stolen conversations while hosting together at Outback Steakhouse. Between busy nights greeting guests and lingering talks after closing, something special started to take shape. What began as easy friendship quietly turned into something much deeper. Just two days before Christmas, we made it official, and it’s safe to say that having his sister as one of my closest friends definitely worked in his favor. Five years later, he planned the sweetest surprise. On a beautiful lakeside walk shortly after my birthday, he asked me to spend forever with him. It wasn’t flashy or over the top. It was thoughtful, sincere, and perfectly us. And of course, it was the easiest yes of my life. Now we can’t wait to start our greatest adventure yet, surrounded by the people we love most.
