It's Finally Happening (Sometime in 2021)!

In light of current circumstances and out of an abundance of caution for our loved ones, we have decided to pospone our wedding so we can celebrate safely. We will be in touch as soon as our new date is confirmed.

Once upon a time, Willie and Samantha played MapleStory, a game full of legendary adventures and 2D charm. While traveling through The Forest North of Ellinia, SillySam stopped in her tracks when she encountered Woodyboy, seemingly a stranger. He was able to convince her that they knew one another from many Christmases ago. Sam joined Will's guild and a friendship blossomed. After some time, Will invited Sam to meet at the Museum of Modern Art for an afternoon of art appreciation, which then led to dinner. It took another month and a half for Willie to make it official, on 09.21.2007, and the rest is history.

For their 10th anniversary, Will gifted Sam a trip to Finland. She was surprised considering he hates the cold (but she LOVES it) and they were going in the middle of February! They had a grand time exploring Helsinki before jumping onto a quick flight to the Arctic Circle. Will booked a 3-night stay in a romantic cabin with a glass igloo and did all kinds of fun winter activities, including snowmobiling, ice fishing, and sweating it out in a sauna! During their last evening in the Arctic, at 3:00am under the dancing Aurora Borealis, Will set up the GoPro to take some pictures. As they posed and jumped for some fun action shots with the beautiful Northern Lights, Will dropped down to one knee. It was at that point that he asked Sam to marry him and she said, "Of course!"
