I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

The dinner is buffet style and there should be options to accommodate everyone. If you still have concerns feel free to reach out.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

St Carlos Cathedral has parking for during the ceremony. There is public parking near the Barns, but we recommend walking over from one of the many hotels that are under a mile away.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

The hotels are very close to the Barns so we recommend walking, if you have any concerns feel free to reach out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 1pm sharp, we recommend arriving early enough that you can be in your seat by 1pm.
