Answer

Our dress code will be Black Tie Optional. We want this to feel like a formal NYE affair. Long gowns and dark suits encouraged.

Doors will open for guests to begin arriving at 5:30 with the ceremony beginning promptly at 6 pm.

Where can guests park?Where can guests park?

Answer

If you're not staying at one of the nearby hotels, parking is available right on premises and is self-serve. There are plenty of spots directly in front of and behind the ballroom itself.

Will there be transportation from the hotels?Will there be transportation from the hotels?

Answer

The AC hotel is in close walking distance to the venue, so there will not be a shuttle arranged. If multiple rooms are booked at the Hilton Garden Inn, we'll plan to arrange for a shuttle for guests. The hotel staff will be able to point you in the direction of the venue and provide shuttle information.

Answer

We chose a venue that is close to our hotel and able to host both the ceremony and reception in one location. This allows guests to stay nearby and travel safely, regardless of the weather. For this reason, we expect to celebrate with everyone as planned, even in the event of snow.

To allow everyone to relax and ring in the New Year, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Our ring bearers will join us for the ceremony and cocktail hour only. Book your babysitters!
