How long is the ride from Sangster International Airport to Secrets Wild Orchid?

Answer

The drive is about 15-20 minutes from the airport. But don’t worry your transportation will be waiting for your arrival to immediately take you to the resort!

Where do I go for my airport transfer to & from the airport?

Answer

Getting to the Resort: Within Sangster International Airport is a Welcome Area. Once deboarded off of the plane, go to baggage claim to claim your luggage. Then make your way to Customs. If you can, fill out your immigration paperwork before you leave for the trip or while on the plane. Once cleared from Customs, then make your way to the Welcome Area where your driver will be waiting for you. Don’t worry if your flight(s) get delayed for any reason, the transport to the hotel will still be waiting for your arrival. Getting back to the Airport: Upon checkout at the hotel, a driver will be waiting right outside the lobby doors waiting to take you back to the airport.

What if I want to stay at another resort?

Answer

Please note that if you choose to stay at another resort, then you will be required to pay a daily resort fee of $119 per person at the front desk.
