For our Friday BBQ and Sunday farewell coffee and pastries, dress is casual. For our Saturday wedding and reception, dress is semi-formal.

The earlier the better! This is a popular region for weddings and rooms book quickly.

Will there be day-of transportation for guests?

Answer

Absolutely! Safety first, y'all. We will provide shuttles to and from accommodations listed under Lodgings for the ceremony and reception.

I'm flying to the wedding; which airport is closest to the venue?

Answer

Albany, NY is the closest airport to Belleayre Mountain (1 hour 30 minutes), followed by Syracuse, NY (3 hours).

Is this a child-friendly wedding?

Answer

Although we love kids, our Saturday wedding celebrations will be adults-only. Children are welcome at the Friday Welcome BBQ and Sunday Farewell Coffee & Pastries.
