When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 31, 2025. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those who are listed on the invitation RSVP.

We love that you want to share this moment, but due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones and cameras tucked away during this special moment. Afterward, feel free to snap and share all the sweet memories!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We kindly ask that you stick to the names listed on your RSVP when attending the ceremony. We adore your little ones, but due to our venue’s capacity and the length of the evening, we’re keeping things intimate. We want to make sure everyone—especially little feet—stays comfortable, so please plan accordingly. Thanks so much for understanding!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with beautiful views and fresh fall air. Cocktail hour and the reception will both be indoors inside the barn. While we do have a weather backup plan, please keep in mind that October temperatures can vary, so dress in layers and bring a jacket to stay cozy!

What should I wear?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to wear formal or dressy attire. Fall-inspired colors are welcome and encouraged—think rich tones like pink, rust, emerald, navy and burgundy. We do kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, off-white, ivory, or anything with a similar base color, as those are reserved for the bride. Thank you for helping us keep the day special!

Yes! There will be free on-site parking available at the venue.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, get settled, and take in the view. The ceremony will start promptly, and we don’t want you to miss a moment!

Will food and drinks be served?
Answer
Absolutely! We’ll have light appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and drinks at the reception.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes! We’ll have a cash bar available during the evening. We kindly ask that everyone drink responsibly so the night stays safe, fun, and memorable for all. Let’s celebrate with good vibes and good choices!
